The story of Discounty: Supermarket Manager begins when your character's aunt gives them the opportunity to run the town's supermarket. When you arrive in the coastal town of Blomkest, you won't know practically anyone, so you will have to gradually expand your social circle. To do so, you will have to alternate between working at the supermarket and exploring Blomkest to meet all its residents. In that sense, this game is very reminiscent of the brilliant Stardew Valley.

Manage a supermarket that you've designed

Although this is a narrative adventure with a story that can last between 15 and 20 hours, Discounty: Supermarket Manager also includes a very fun management element. Part of your job consists of designing the supermarket layout, choosing which products you want to sell and at what price, choosing the type of flooring and walls you want for your establishment, and much more. Discounty: Supermarket Manager is an excellent game that was first released on PC in 2025. This port for Android beautifully translates the entire experience of the original title to portable devices while maintaining practically identical gameplay and graphics. Quite an achievement for such a fun game with so many possibilities.

The best and worst of Discounty: Supermarket Manager

• What I like most about Discounty: Supermarket Manager is that the game manages to successfully combine the best of cozy games, the best of life sims, and the best of job simulators.

• What I like least about Discounty: Supermarket Manager is that the free version of this game only offers a small portion of the full title. On the other hand, that's completely understandable.
